Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your LISA account and the data associated with it. LISA is operated by PT Jelajah Data Semesta ("LISA", "we", "us", or "our").

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, using either of the options below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the LISA app, or sign in to LISA on the web.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This works on both the mobile app and the web app and deletes your account and its data directly — no need to contact us.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@lisa-assistant.ai from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We may request additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request, then delete your account and data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your account and profile;
  • your workspace(s) and every AI Agent in them;
  • all conversations and messages;
  • scheduled tasks;
  • stored credentials and connected-service tokens (for example, Google);
  • contacts, calendar events, and support tickets;
  • subscription and billing records, except those we are required to keep by law (for example, tax and invoice records).

Grace period and timing

When you delete your account it is deactivated immediately and then retained for a grace period of 30 days, during which our support team can restore it if the deletion was a mistake. After the 30-day period, your account and data are permanently and irreversibly deleted — except for the limited records we are required to keep by law.

There is no self-service way to restore an account after deletion; recovery within the grace period is only possible by contacting support.

Before you delete: active subscriptions

If you have an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your device's subscription settings first — subscriptions billed by the stores cannot be canceled by us and will otherwise keep renewing. Subscriptions billed directly (card / auto-debit) are canceled automatically when your account is deleted.
